Broken Part Replacement

Replace broken, discontinued, or unavailable parts from an original part, drawing, scan, or measurements. We determine the best manufacturing process for the replacement—not the other way around.

Reverse Engineering

Transform existing parts into accurate digital models using precision measurement, 3D scanning, and CAD. Ideal for restoration, modification, and legacy components with no available drawings.

Custom Design & Fabrication

Design and manufacture custom components, fixtures, tools, and prototypes. Whether the best solution is CNC machining, laser processing, or additive manufacturing, we build the part to fit the job.

    Tell us what you're trying to fix, replace, modify, or build. If we already have a suitable design, we'll let you know.

    We'll provide a quote

    We evaluate your project, recommend the best manufacturing approach, and provide a quote. For non-exclusive projects, this preliminary design work is free.

  • Step 3

    Approve the quote

    Once you're happy with the quote, approve it with a deposit or full payment, and we'll get started.

  • Done

Pricing

Standard price schedule for custom design, modification, and production work.

Part Replacement / Custom Mod

$75 flat

Replacement or modified parts reproduced from an original part, broken pieces, mockup, drawing, 3D scan, or measurements. Pricing is based on size, complexity, and selected material, and generally includes the installed replacement plus a couple of spares.

Original Small Item — Personal Use

$125–175

Original custom design with the finished physical item supplied to you. Design files are not included; FabShopOne retains ownership of the design.

Original Small Item — Exclusive

$250–400

Original custom design with ownership of the design and associated design files transferred to you.

Complex Item

Starts at $350+

Larger or substantially more involved design and modeling work. Quoted according to complexity and project scope.

Production & Fulfillment

Materials-only for most paid designs

Complex production may add $20/hour production supervision. Shipping, finishing, and material upgrades are quoted separately.

Revisions & Rush

+$40 per additional revision

Small Broken Part Replacement may qualify for 72-hour rush service at +$50. Rush does not include redesign, structural changes, or functional testing.
